  I wish I could give it less stars. My husband went there for a dot physical. The doctor was very rude. She made him have a sleep apnea test that he had to pay for out of pocket. When his boss went a few weeks later he passed no problem, no sleep test. This man is over weight, smokes and is a diabetic that is not controlled. The doctor there is a joke. We will be filing a formal complaint against her.
